Founded in 1965, Babcock Eagleton offers project services such as conceptual studies, route selection, right-of-way acquisition, surveying and mapping, and procurement. It also offers construction management and field inspection. The group, which works on small to multimillion-dollar projects, designs pipelines and related facilities (such as process plants and compressor and pump stations) and provides full turnkey responsibility. It delivers projects on either a full lump-sum turnkey basis or reimbursable basis.
